How Faith & Co. Estates began

Faith & Co. Estates began with a simple observation: the property market and the care sector rarely speak the same language. Landlords wanted reliable income. Operators and councils needed compliant, correctly classed homes. Too often, neither side could find the other.

We set out to bridge that gap. Drawing on years of hands-on experience across supported accommodation, Ofsted and CQC regulation, HMO licensing and London lettings, we built an agency that understands both the spreadsheet and the safeguarding file.

Today we let everything from a single family home to whole blocks taken by care and serviced accommodation operators, across Greater London and the Home Counties. Whoever sits across the table from us, we speak their language.
