Complaints Procedure

If something has gone wrong, here is how we will put it right.

Our Commitment

We want to hear from you

We aim to give every landlord, tenant and partner a fair, professional service. If we have fallen short, please tell us. Most concerns can be sorted out quickly with a conversation, and we will always try to do that first.

Stage One

Tell us about your complaint

Please write to us by email at info@faithandco.co.uk, or by post to Faith And Co Estates Ltd, 86a High Street, Southall, England, UB1 3DB. Tell us what has happened, what you would like us to do, and include any reference such as the property address.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and send you a full response within fifteen working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect our reply.

Stage Two

If you are not satisfied

If you are unhappy with our response, please write to us again and ask for your complaint to be reviewed. It will be looked at afresh by a director who has not been involved, and we will send you our final written response within fifteen working days.

Stage Three

Independent review

We are members of the Property Redress Scheme. If you are still not satisfied after our final response, or if eight weeks have passed since you first complained, you can ask the Property Redress Scheme to review your complaint independently and free of charge. You will usually need to do so within twelve months of our final response.

You can find out more and refer a complaint at theprs.co.uk (opens in a new tab).

Client Money

Client money and deposits

We are members of Client Money Protect, and tenancy deposits are protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). A dispute about the return of a protected deposit can be referred to the DPSโ€™s free dispute resolution service.
