Yes. We identify property that already holds the correct C2 or C3 use class, or where a change of use is realistically achievable. We assess this carefully before recommending a property so you are not left with a planning problem.
We work daily with Ofsted-registered and CQC-regulated operators and understand how registration shapes property requirements. While registration is always the operator's responsibility, we source property with those standards firmly in mind.
Yes. We supply anything from a single home to clusters of units or entire blocks let on a single agreement. This is one of our specialisms and works particularly well for providers scaling their provision.
